Aligned with the Government of Liberia’s ARREST Agenda for Inclusive Development (AAID)—where Agriculture is a central pillar—LAS promotes agriculture as a practical pathway for citizens to build wealth, improve nutrition, and participate competitively in regional markets, including opportunities enabled by the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA). LAS places strong emphasis on empowering single mothers, girls, and youth with skills, inputs, market access, and social enterprise support, enabling them to earn sustainable incomes and meet basic social needs such as education, health, and household stability.
